In an effort towards sustainability and to reduce unsold merchandise going to landfills, we produce small batch here in New York, and therefore, as a small business we appreciate your effort to help us achieve this mission by only ordering one size of an item.

FINAL SALE
Final sale items which are NON-RETURNABLE include: SALE MARKED ITEMS, INTIMATES, and FACE MASKS. This also includes BLACK FRIDAY & CYBER MONDAY.
RETURN POLICY
We offer refunds, Credit, and Exchange within 15 days of delivery for regular (Non-Final Sale) items with tags attached & in original unworn condition (restrictions apply). Final Sale items are not eligible for return. If you return for a refund, the return costs are deducted from the total of your refund. If you return for a gift card, Credit, or Exchange, we'll comp the return label!

For our VIP club clients ordering to their custom measurements, these are made to order, and are eligible for gift card ONLY.

Example: "PREORDER EARLY JUNE," is expected to arrive Week 1-2 of June and will ship out shortly after.
PREORDER TIMEFRAMES:
EARLY - Week 1-2
MID - Week 2-3
LATE - Week 3-4
Our customer service team will reach out to you if there is a delay in the preorder making its way from our manufacturer to the warehouse, and provide new shipping timeframes. If the date doesn't work for you, we can help you swap out for an in-stock style.
